"It started with a headache. Not the stress kind — the kind you get from burning candles filled with who-knows-what. Our family loved candles, but we hated the black soot on our ceilings, the chemical smell that lingered, and the headaches that came with every "relaxing" evening.
So in 2022, we decided to make our own. We researched wax types, tested fragrance oils, and poured batch after batch in our kitchen until we got it right: candles that burned clean, smelled beautiful, and didn't make us feel sick.
What started as candles for our own home quickly became candles for friends. Then family. Then their friends. Before we knew it, Winsa was born. Today, every candle is still hand-poured by our family — and many of our scents come directly from customer suggestions.
