• You must provide accurate billing and shipping information
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

4. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Processing time is typically 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

Note: Candles are sensitive to temperature. During extreme weather, we may delay shipping to protect your order.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Winsa candles! If you're not satisfied:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Unused, unopened items may be returned for a full refund
• Damaged items will be replaced at no cost
• Custom orders are final sale

6. Candle Safety

By purchasing our candles, you agree to follow safe burning practices:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains
